Geographic concentration of federal campaign contributions.
Analyzes where campaign contributions originate geographically. State and city breakdowns show contribution concentration patterns, while race-level HHI (Herfindahl-Hirschman Index) measures how geographically concentrated each race's funding is. An HHI near 0 means funding is spread across many locations; an HHI near 1.0 means funding is concentrated in one area.
